- 10 min run @ 4.8 (12:30mins per mile)
- (quick stretch for my screaming calves and hamstrings)
- 10 min run @ 4.8
- 5 min cool-down
Oh, and as an addendum to Day 4.5 -- I did do a good ab workout on Friday when Julia was home sick.
